travel Russia on the whole, you'll find green nooks even in
Moscow. One of thirty-two national parks, Losiny Ostrov (Moose Island or as Muscovites call it the Lungs of Moscow), is situated here. It's the place for recreation, refuge for rare fauna representatives, the area that was observed by tsars. Moscow is also famous for its Sokolniki Park and The Pereslavsky Park.
Russia possesses over 90 national zapovedniki or nature reserves. Magnificent flora and fauna won't let anybody be indifferent. Forests, lakes, rivers, mountains, ocean coasts, volcanoes form a unique Russian nature. It's magic in all seasons, no matter what the
weather in Russia is.
When you here the word "Siberia", what do you imagine? Coldness and snow? Maybe the right answer is
Altai. It has everything for travelers: mountains, wild rivers, diverse fauna. The most pictorial season is spring, when all revives after a long winter, and it's in blossom.
Do you want to see something that was, maybe, before a man appears on the Earth? You should travel Russia and see
Baikal! The deepest and the cleanest lake in the world, and as they say, the most ancient one. The recommended season to visit is summer and winter.

Caucasus mountains (see
Sochi) are for you, and the highest mountain in Europe, Elbrus, waits when somebody reaches its summit! Flora and fauna attract people from the whole world by their beauty.
