World Resort Guide

While I sipped my first cup of morning coffee, I found myself thinking, “what are the best world resorts?“. I've recalled the paradise of  Antigua, beaches of Jamaica, unforgettable Tahiti, Aruba, luxury spa resorts of Dominican republic...Mexico, Fiji, France, Italy...The kaleidoscope of luxury hotels, spa resorts, festivals and truly happiness and joy have taken me away for a long time. Accidentally a landscape outside my window got me back. Winter..but it doesn't mean that your vacation is doomed to be dull. So, what are the best ski resorts?

The end of the list of the winners are Aspen, Colorado; Cortina, Italy; Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Eastern Canada; Stowe, Vermont, Eastern United State; Chamonix; France. And here are some my impressions about the winners.
So, #5 Banff/Lake Louise, Alberta, Western Canada

The guides say this is the most scenic mountain resort in North America. And i believe this when looking at the pictures of Banff/Lake Louise! It is absolutely gorgeous! Banff/Lake Louise is a stunning resort located in the Canadian Rockies. The resort has three different ski areas that are 50 kilometers apart.

#4 Vail, Colorado, Western United States. Vail is absolutely a great ski resort with a huge number of places to ski. Vail is tis actually much more than just a ski resort. There are art museums, ice skating, hockey, dog sledding, galleries, etc.

#3 Zermatt, Switzerland. Zermatt is a fabulous ski resort close to the Italian border. It provides with fantastic skiing and spectacular views. Zermatt is traffic-free, meaning all cars are left in a garage a few kilometers away from the town. Planning a ski trip at Christmas? Start thinking about hotel reservations now, it's quite a popular one.

#2 Kitzbuhel, Austria. This resort is known from the Alpine Cup track, Hahnenkamm. It's nothing to complain of. It's almost an ideal placetospend your winter vacations.

# 1Whistler/Blackcomb, British Columbia. What is to say? Nothing. This is exactly the right one to be on the first place. Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia provides the biggest vertical drop, very good powder skiing and fabulous nature surrounding it. It is the best.

In a word, no more talking - it's time to pack your bags and have some fun!
